When placing your order, you will have been given an ETA based on the availability of your products. In stock orders will be despatched within 2 days and delivered within 5 working days. Anything that is Coming Soon will be despatched as soon as we are able to, with the ETA we have given you as a good guide for when you will likely receive it. We do ask that you allow up to seven working days from despatch to accommodate for unforeseeable circumstances. As long as you give us your email address at point order, we will be able to email you your ETA with the order confirmation, your despatch information when the order is despatched and any ETA changes if a delay does occur.
To track your order, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the account item on the top right of the site.
- Make sure you are signed in.
- Click "View Orders" where you should see your order history.
- Click to "View Order" for the order you are interested in.
- See the status of your order as well as a tracking number if despatched via Hermes.
Remember, if you paid for your order using a debit or credit card, it would not be charged until your order is despatched. If you have been charged but have not received your order then it may have been delayed whilst in transit.
